What are your hire rates?
Hire prices are shown on individual product pages if they are available for hire. We charge a 4 day week, and a 12 day month. Hires can also be extended if required.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards with a 1.5% surcharge. Wire transfers and cash. Credit terms for regular clients may also be possible.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver with same day couriers or overnight Fedex. Delivery and collection is not included in any hire prices. Clients can also collection and return if preferred.

Who is liable for the equipment while on hire?
You are responsible for insuring the equipment while it's on hire and in your possession.

Can you install the equipment?
We can install your hired equipment if you require, this will be chargeable.

What do I do if the equipment has technical problems?
All our equipment is tested before despatch to ensure it'll work perfectly, if however there is a problem call us and we will try to either solve the problem or replace the equipment.

What security do I need to provide?
Customers will need to verify their identity and leave a deposit. Unity Audio Ltd refuses the right to hire if certain criteria isn't met.
